These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LittleCuddle website, products, and services.
Throughout these Terms, “LittleCuddle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LittleCuddle. “You” and “your” refer to any person who accesses our website or purchases our products.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order with LittleCuddle.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
2. Our Products
LittleCuddle provides products designed to add cushioning and comfort while an adult is feeding, holding, or cuddling a baby.
Product photographs, colors, patterns, measurements, and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or other reasonable production differences.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended use of the product are not considered defects.
3. Product Use & Safety
LittleCuddle is intended for use by an adult while actively holding, feeding, or cuddling a baby.
LittleCuddle is not:
- A standalone baby pillow;
- A sleep surface;
- A crib or bassinet accessory;
- A positioning device;
- A medical device; or
- A substitute for an approved infant sleep environment.
Babies must not be left unattended with the product.
The product should only be used while the baby is being actively supervised and supported by an adult.
Always inspect the product before use and discontinue use if it becomes damaged, torn, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe.
Customers are responsible for using the product appropriately and following all product instructions.
4. No Medical Claims
LittleCuddle is designed to provide additional cushioning and comfort.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or alleviate any medical condition.
We do not guarantee that the product will eliminate arm pain, numbness, soreness, fatigue, shoulder tension, wrist strain, breastfeeding difficulties, or any other physical symptom.
If you experience persistent pain or discomfort, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
5. Individual Results
Individual experiences may vary.
The comfort provided by LittleCuddle may depend on factors including:
- Baby size and position;
- Caregiver arm size;
- Feeding position;
- Posture;
- Duration of use;
- Personal preferences; and
- How the product is positioned.
We do not guarantee a specific level of comfort or a particular result for every customer.
Dissatisfaction with individual comfort results does not automatically mean that the product is defective.
6. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment problems;
- Incorrect pricing;
- Product availability;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Incorrect customer information; or
- Suspected misuse of our website or services.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been shipped.
7. Pricing & Payment

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time before an order is placed.

Tracking information may not update immediately at every stage of shipment.
10. Shipping Information

LittleCuddle is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed collection, refused delivery, or another customer-caused delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled as an order cancellation.
Any mandatory cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
12. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect orders, failed deliveries, and related matters are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

13. Hygiene
Because LittleCuddle is used in close proximity to babies and may come into contact with skin, clothing, milk, saliva, moisture, or other substances, hygiene restrictions may apply to voluntary returns.
Used, washed, stained, contaminated, altered, or otherwise non-resalable products may not qualify for voluntary return.
This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied products.
14. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact:

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to LittleCuddle, you confirm that:
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- You have the right to submit it;
- It does not violate another person's rights; and
- It does not contain unlawful or misleading content.
Where permitted by law and subject to any consent requirements, you grant LittleCuddle permission to use content voluntarily submitted to us for business and marketing purposes.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services:
